We are a team of big-picture thinkers who live, eat and sometimes even dream about recruitment. From day one our ambition has been to build great relationship with our clients and our candidates. And we've been doing just that since 2001.

Many of our clients were once candidates we placed in roles that took their career from strength to strength. We’ve helped major corporates strengthen their existing teams and we also work with start-ups including many that have gone on to grow their workforce with our help. Oh, and by the way we are definitely blue sky thinkers, it's part of our name. Those clever chaps who deliver the weather forecast use 'oktas' as their measurement of how cloudy the sky is. When it's 'zero okta', it's a clear blue sky, just how we like it.
